Our ARIs Capacity Development-Related KPIs & Annual Targets focus on equipping aspiring researchers with the tools, training, and support necessary to excel in their careers, while ensuring that gender, equity, and setting considerations are integral to our approach. Through initiatives such as Research Career Inspiration, Training, Mentorship, and the Incubation of Young Researcher-Initiated Projects, we aim to reach thousands of students, enhance the quality and impact of research training, provide robust mentorship networks, and ensure that innovative research projects are successfully implemented and published.
